The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the Boulder Office Senior Leadership, and the entire Boulder Finish Line office location in the general areas of: office management, office budgeting, administrative duties, calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, reception duties, meeting arrangements, and other duties as assigned. This individual will effectively exhibit JD Finish Line’s core values of Customer, People, Winning, Community, and Financial Responsibility in everything they do by performing the following main duties:
Perform administrative and office duties for SVP, other VP and Director roles, and the rest of the location staff, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense report processing, meeting coordination and other professional support duties.
Implements office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement to support office efficiency.
Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
Monitors and is responsible for office spending, budgeting, and billing. Updates and communicates spending reports on a consistent basis with office leadership.
Perform reception duties for office location, including answering personal phone lines for Management team and handling calls appropriately.
Liaises with facility management vendors, cleaning, catering, technical support, and security services, serving as a first point of contact.
Set-up and coordinate meetings and conferences for staff to include travel arrangements for those involved.
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email, as well as, prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Create and modify documents such as charts, presentations, invoices, expense reports, memos, and letters using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite Tools.
Interact with clients, vendors and visitors while maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of interaction and information.
Schedules interviews and supports new employee onboarding for the office.
Supports office engagement by organizing parallel events and opportunities in Boulder as our headquarters.
Collect and maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies for location.
Maintains organization and flexibility of office, with the ability to adjust to changing deadlines.
Plan in-house or off-site events, like parties, celebrations, vendor events, conferences, and special events such as the Holiday Party and service days.

This company reserves the right to modify this job description with or without notice. Employees may be asked to perform additional duties outside of normal job scope on a temporary basis per company policy. Pay range: $47,000 - $50,000; 10% bonus target. This role will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401k, sick leave, parental leave, and company paid time off plan.
Required Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 3 - 5 years’ related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Previous experience supporting multiple executives and staff preferred.
Required Computer and/or Technical Skills:
Should have basic to intermediate knowledge and abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Google Suites Preferred).
Must be an effective communicator with internal and external individuals at all levels. This includes spoken, written, electronic, and presentation skills. Communication should be consistently constructive and professional. Must be a good team player.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Uses specialized knowledge to go beyond the routine to solve complex problems that frequently affect areas beyond own functional area.
