We would like you to join us as a Concierge at our senior living community, Balfour at Riverfront Park, located in downtown Denver. You will have benefits available on your date of hire and are eligible for a $500 bonus during your first 6 months of employment. We offer an RTD EcoPass and provide breakfast, lunch and dinner.
In this role you will work as a Concierge at the front desk, provide five star quality concierge services. Serving as an ongoing resource by pro-actively anticipating the needs of our residents so a solution can be offered before being requested. The Concierge responds to each of our residents and visitors, personalizing the delivery of the service to meet the specific needs of each resident. The successful candidate will also provide support to the life enrichment and administrative staff. This is an outstanding opportunity for individuals who are team oriented, dedicated, and enthusiastic about working with seniors.
SCHEDULE: Full Time - Tuesday - Thursday from 2:45-11:15 PM and Friday and Saturday from 11 PM-7 AM
- Proficient typing and computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office
- Previous experience operating a switchboard with a multi-line system desired
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Demonstrated experience working in a customer focused role

Health & Wellness Protocols: Until further notice, interviews will take place virtually. Newly-hired associates will complete Balfour Senior Living's New Hire Orientation virtually, then receive important training about how to keep our residents, and themselves, as healthy as possible. This includes things like hand washing and social distancing. You will also follow wellness protocols developed under guidance of health agencies before entering any of our buildings.
