Balfour at Littleton in Littleton, Colorado seeks a compassionate, creative, engaging professional for Life Enrichment activities. In this rewarding position, you will be a member of a team that plans, organizes and implements engagement activities for residents. We are seeking a mature and passionate professional to develop and implement new ways to engage and find meaning for our residents.
If selected, you will complete Balfour Senior Living's orientation virtually, then receive important training about how to keep our residents, and yourself, as healthy as possible. This includes things like hand washing and social distancing. You will also follow wellness protocols developed under guidance of health agencies before entering any of our buildings.

What does a Life Enrichment Coordinator do at Balfour Senior Living?
- Running and facilitating Life Enrichment programing set by the Life Enrichment Director.
- Ensuring purpose-based programming that includes expected use of methodology to meet goals and expectations.
- Creating a dining experience, assisting with meal order taking, meal preparation and passing of meals.
- Cleaning up dining room/Kitchenette after each meal, preparing for the next meal.
- Ability to bake and show food demonstrations.
- Assist with maintaining the indoor garden.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family members.
- Proven ability to utilize software and other tools for service delivery, scheduling and program delivery.
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and management to continuously improve program quality.
- Ability to clearly communicate in verbal and written form.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a customer focus at all times.
- Ability to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must be 21 years or older to be able to drive a company vehicle (town car and 14 passenger van).
- Must possess current driver's license and have the ability to meet approved driver requirements.

Newly-hired associates will complete Balfour Senior Living's New Hire Orientation virtually, then receive important training about how to keep our residents, and themselves, as healthy as possible.
